Syadiya Shoppe: Order Form

Information

The items sold:
The Korean stuff and RM/Kpop merchandise are all PRE-ORDERS, meaning that I don't have it ready stock with me at the moment since I am ordering them directly from South Korea through my supplier. There is 2 batch opened for each month, which is on the 15th and 30th. Therefore, you need to make your orders BEFORE or ON the closing date of the batch together with the payment (before 12 afternoon). Any payments made after the deadline, will be pushed to the next batch.

The JB & 1D goodies are all ready stock, means that after you order, your items will be delivered on the days of delivery (Monday & Thursday).

How To Order:
Please fill up the order form that is provided here. It is on the sidebar under the Pages tab.

IMPORTANT !! Please send me a proof picture of your receipt / payment status after you have made your payment. THIS IS A MUST since I can easily check if your money has been successfully received or not.

Payment:
By banking in the money at any Maybank deposit machine or transferring it to my account. I am using Maybank. I will give the account number after your orders are received & confirmed.

Delivery:
For the Korean stuff and RM/Kpop merchandise, they are all pre-orders. It will take about 1 MONTH for the items to reach to you guys. Therefore, you must be a serious buyer and have to wait patiently until your orders arrived.

For the JB & 1D goodies, it'll be by poslaju. It only takes up to 2-3 days to arrive.

Strictly NO REFUNDS.
